Georgia Republicans say that Braves loss was 'karma' for limiting the 'Tomahawk Chop'

People want answers after Bay Area TV station uses racist headline to cover Braves NLDS loss

Please make it stop. Soon animals wont be allowed as mascots because that is racist (sexist whatever -ist) against animals and insensitive to their plight as humanity's most widely oppressed equals.

We are soft . Mentally stunted and filled with emotional insecurities . There’s a reason why my grandfathers generation was called the greatest generation . I just got though watching documentaries on WW2 and if those 17, 18,19 , 20 year old kids were as soft as we are today ... we’d all be speaking German and still giving the one arm salute to the conquering German .

In this PC day and age of BS , why is Columbus Day still a paid government holiday ?
Quick google search lends this. I've also read about many cities changing the name of the holiday.

Which states do not celebrate Columbus Day?
Non-observance
The states of Florida, Hawaii, Alaska, Vermont, South Dakota, New Mexico, and Maine do not recognize it and have each replaced it with celebrations of Indigenous People's Day (in Hawaii, Discoverers' Day, in South Dakota, Native American Day). Columbus Day also competes with Leif Erikson Day.

I live in FL and it is still called Columbus Day where I work. I guess HR didn't get the PC memo. LULZ. Either way, I'm off on Monday.

Its a paid federal government holiday. That won't ever change. Thanks unions!
