That’s the thing it is funny when Chappelle did the White newscaster or the wife swap thing. I thought Fallon’s imitation was pretty spot on of Chris Rock too. The Wayans Brothers made a movie call White Chicks where they wore white face the entire movie making fun of dumb White girls and no one cared. These PC Cancel Culture morons are trying to kill comedy. It’s exactly what Chappelle said at the beginning of his Netflix special.

It is. It’s going to be hilarious when Chris Rock comes out and says something along the lines that “Jimmy is a friend of mine and a fellow SNL alum. I did not take offense to the skit that was done 20 years ago. I can’t wait to go on his show again soon and watch him fake laugh at everything anyone ever says.”

The sad thing is that Fallon will undoubtedly apologize for this because he is a giant p—-y who cares what everyone thinks. I’ll be interested to see what Lorne Michaels has to say too, because it will eventually get to him if this garbage persists.

I typed a long response to this, then something happened and it was gone...not by mods etc...just gone in cyberspace lol.

Thanks man. I appreciate it . I’m not even a big Fallon fan. Some stuff he does I think is creative/funny. Anthony Jeselnik told some great stories on Joe Rogan about how great he is to his entire staff and that he’s pretty down to Earth other than his pretty well documented partying stuff.

It’s funny how comedy being attacked has evolved from the stuffy, uptight, Christian right wing gray hairs not wanting to hear bad words on to the overly offended, PC, left wing losers who are worried about making sure no one’s feeling are getting hurt. No wonder comedians hate to visit college campuses.

I hope Chris Rock does come out and say something like that. What's funny is the Cancel Culture dipsh&ts will then tell Chris he's wrong or has been conditioned to NOT be offended. LOL.

I was scheduled to teach at a large retreat last fall, and there was a doctor teaching on a subject (I won't say who he is but let's just say older and is one of the top 3 people in his field in the entire world) , and a young beta male (about 21-22 yrs old) interrupted his lecture in front of about 450 people to rant because he told a story and used the term "honey" to describe a female co-worker and he felt this was gender shaming and dismissive, etc.. This doctor dressed down this male appropriately and the dumb kid (who was in tears) learned his lesson, as NO ONE agreed with his beta whiny PC BS.

Fascist PC word police should be dismissed no matter where it comes from, because it is such a virtue signalling crock of s***

Why stop with Fallon? Why not NBC as a whole? It got past Lorne Michaels, the show censors and I’m sure some other execs. Darrell Hammond was in the skit, did he help write it?
I know that’s absurd, but it’s a slippery slope here when you set the precedent that we’re going to start trying to cancel people for sketch comedy skits from 20 years ago.
