I really don’t get their logic. Blackface is bad. Saying certain words is bad. But people on both sides of the political wall can’t be held accountable? Just shows how much of a sham cancel culture is.

I remember you posting that article. I think it had some of her Twitter comments attached. Shocking the NYT would not only hire someone with those views but I think she was an editor?

Not sure if she has editorial authority or she is simply a part of the editorial team since the project is opinion based and not news based.

But your shock stands...the NYT is complicit in giving a racist a platform with which to spread her racism.

Seems like they succeeded in giving race peddlers more ammo.

So masks are recommended but some black people say they don't want to wear masks because they fear they will be viewed as criminals. Why some people of color say they won't wear homemade masks - CNN

A county makes an exemption for purely that reason.

Then they will cry saying the virus disproportionately affects them. It’s what they want.....to be a victim of something.

The animatronics of Splash Mountain draw their inspiration from Uncle Remus and Song of the South, which has long been criticized for playing up racial stereotypes. Personally, I've never seen Brer Rabbit as racist, but that's the reasoning.
