I'm sick of the term racist. Very few people are actually racists, the term is so overused and misapplied I fear most people don't really know what a racist actually is.

I think the term people are looking for is prejudice. Prejudice exists everywhere and everyone is guilty. The faster we can all get on board and quit with using the term racist to win an argument the faster we can get the root of problems and start working them out. Those virtue signaling aren't helping anyone, just condescending to their audience.

I completely disagree. I think too many people in this country are truly scared to call people what they really are and it leads people to think it's acceptable to say and do the things that we see going on in this country right now, especially with race relations.

It was a sarcastic post. Because I don't but into it, are there certain aspects of life where systemic issues related to race exist? Absolutely. But what happens is people use it as an excuse not to try and accept that they will never be anything in life. Every single person of color I know who actually tried and put forth effort has been successful. Those who want it easy and make bad choices don't. That goes for all races I know, white, Lao, Thai, Cambodian, AA, and Hispanic. These are the circle of friends I grew up with and still communicate with on some level. We all grew up in blue collar working class neighborhoods. Many of us in broken homes. Simply put those who oyut forth effort and attempted have been successful, others have not but in every case it has been personal choices that dictated whether or not that person is successful. I believe the same is true for everyone, everywhere unless you are stuck in a shathole dead end neighborhood. But that's a different discussion.

There was no drugs involved with the couple. Even the murderers admitted as such. The only reason that was even suggested was because several of the typical East Knoxville race baiters were posting it on social media, claiming it was the reason because the area was getting so much heat from it on the news.

The thugs admitted that they had been driving around looking for someone to carjack and/or rob, and they just happened upon the two as they were standing outside their car OUTSIDE their friend's apartment...
