I white male , 1 black male , 1 Mexican male , i Asian male ( duplicate that with the 4 women ) all 8 of them will start out making exactly the same money . What they do once they get those jobs is up to each individual and their drive to make more or stay the same as the as the least motivated people on the floor .

Blacks are oppressed by a racist society that keeps them down. Asians and Hispanics who come here with nothing, don't speak English but still manage to over come their disadvantages of race/communication/poverty in the same "racist" white supremacist society.

Why?

Some people in life are just looking for a handout and this applies to all races. A person that gives up before even trying or points the blame at society is only oppressed by their laziness or procrastination. Anyone can build success in the U.S. if they just stop making excuses for skin color, upbringing, financial status etc. Countless amounts of people come to the U.S. every year in search of opportunity & thrive while other people (many U.S. citizens) only want gratuity for doing nothing.
