Starts out reasonable but then goes sideways by the end.I dont miss them, I just find it funny watching a young black couple playing tennis, then swimming, then hiking, wearing sweaters, living in a house with zero African art on the walls (which are painted in light earth tones), gifting each other vehicles for Christmas, having fathers with their children, etc, etc..
I know every time I see a straight Gen X white couple in a commercial I throw my TV out the window. Of course I just go steal another one during the next round of looting, so no big deal.Commercials have become exceedingly “woke” recently. They go out of their way to represent interracial couples, homosexuals, supposed black oppression, etc.

The very best one that I have seen is a Nationwide Insurance Peytonville commercial. They have little plastic people about 4 inches tall in Peytonville, and a couple standing in their front yard are a mixed race couple. Little toy people, but they got represented.I thought I was the only person that noticed the amount of blacks in commercials recently. Also showing up a lot more in printed ads. Seems like every corporation is trying to show how diverse they are.
Unlike many communities who are grappling with icons of the past, VMI has direct ties to many of the historical figures that are the subject of the current unrest. Stonewall Jackson was a professor at VMI, a West Point graduate who served in combat in the Mexican War, a military genius, a staunch Christian, and yes, a Confederate General
Carolyn Worrell, whose late husband graduated from VMI in 1962, was among a handful of people who gathered to watch the work Monday. The school had not publicly disclosed that the removal would be taking place, and Worrell said she hurried over when she got word.
Worrell, who is white, said she didn’t think the Post’s reporting had accurately portrayed the school, which her son also attended.
“It is the Democratic Party’s power quest that has caused this entire thing. They are vilifying history. They are trying to do away with history,” she said.
The statue was given to VMI in 1912 by its sculptor, Sir Moses Ezekiel, VMI’s first Jewish cadet and a veteran of the Battle of New Market, VMI said in a news release. Its removal and relocation to the Virginia Museum of the Civil War and New Market Battlefield State Historical Park will cost $209,000, funds to be paid out of VMI’s facility maintenance and operations account.
You don’t like any whites in commercials? You’d probably like for them all to be black? You’re not very diverse. You must one of those “black supremists”. Aren’t they racist too? How can you expect whites to be diverse and not blacks? If yall are missing white people in advertisements just go watch the infomercials.
If it is the same black dude, I see him on almost every video. Makes sense, the HIV rate is way high for straight dudes of color. Guess that messed up your hate for gay folks. I'm sure you will find another way to spread your hate in a few, so whatever.I guess the ones about hiv medications shouldn’t count. None of them bother me it’s just blatantly obvious what they’re doing. Next time you doing a looting run see if you can snag an LG CX series tv either 49” or 55”.

And this what the godless democrats want to teach our youthI don’t hate anybody. I hate political correctness and faux victimhood. Anyway, that’s not the commercials I see most often. The ones I see have the black gay ballerinas, the two black guys kissing on a rooftop or something, and the one with the tranny taking about its “many loves”.
Sad I wonder if they will erase the memory of the cadets that fought and I think 50 or so were killed in the Battle of New Market.VMI removed a statue of Stonewall Jackson today. Apparently they didn't see fit to rename the school to eliminate the past, but they did do their best to eliminate one of the school's most well known professors.
And just for Orangeslice13

Instead they want a statue for a criminal that once held a knife to the stomach of his pregnant girlfriend.Sad I wonder if they will erase the memory of the cadets that fought and I think 50 or so were killed in the Battle of New Market.
I still ask what did these Confederate statues have to do with police brutality and or police reform?
Destroy the guy and then sort it out later. That’s the cancel culture way!Thought this looked like a set-up from the beginning.
