Only unsafe White neighborhood would be a trailer park which I dont consider a neighborhood..and most of the all White ones are either in Canada or a retirement park in Florida. The stereotype of trailer parks being for Whites has had its basis in reality slowly declining since the 1990's. In fact there have been numerous articles addressing that fact and why there isn't the same stigma attached to POCs as Whites when living in a trailer park.

This guy's great or great-great grandparents came to Jamaica from China as indentured servants. He was born and raised there until his 20s. First couple years we were doing business I only talked to him on the phone so I was shocked when we finally met.
