A catch all phrase that can literally be used by anyone to try and demonize another person to protect their normally fragile ego's.

Refused a return at Walmart? Emotionally abusive.
Not served another drink at a bar? Emotionally abusive.
Telling a person no? Emotionally abusive.
Honking your horn at someone sitting still at a green light? Emotionally abusive.
