That's racist!

The point I as trying to make earlier is that Tuberville, like myself may not have known that a “white nationalist” is essentially a skin head. I don’t know of anyone that approves of their actions and ideology.

Where are all these “white nationalist” attacks? All I see are minorities and trannies shoot s*** up almost daily.

No intelligent discourse is to be found here. Just the immature and emotional rantings of unsophisticated southern fried rednecks ... who vote for Trump, because he owns the libs.

Sorry, I couldn’t help myself.

Did you ever think that some feel the same way about you, and a few others that have your same ideologies? People with differing points of view should be able to talk to one another. But, when you think your point of view is the only point of view that matters. Then, you’re not going to listen to anyone else. And, everyone that you disagree with is stupid, redneck hillbillies.

BB85 always thinks he's the smartest guy in "the" conversation .... just ask him.

Careful. One might think you have the nerve to question the infallible people at Merriam-Webster
Merriam-Webster makes revisions and updates to its definitions every year. Hundreds of them. Do they have any idea what they’re saying by doing so?

Today’s BB episode was a hoot.

Arizona Republican refers to Black Americans 'colored people' on House floor
serious question…. is the term “colored people” actually considered to be demeaning?
At one time, it was. There is a term for words which are brought into the lexicon to describe others because the new word is thought to be less demeaning than the previous word. Over time, the new word carries a negative connotation. Then another new word has to be created.

I wish I could remember what this is called.

Perhaps, colored people is a variation of people of color and is becoming en vogue again. I don' t know. I don't believe there is anything inherently demeaning in the phrase but tone and body language convey a lot of our communication. So it could be a neutral phrase but used in a demeaning way.
