The 2016 NCAA Tournament Thread

If so I am going to get this out of the way.

I have seen wade coach in person a few times. Complete goofy nerd and doesn't come across all that impressive.

Watch him today and you will see it.

Not that it really effects his coaching ability but he darn sure doesn't look the part. He and Tyndall have that in common

He also looks like he's never lifted a weight and would struggle to run a mile.

Maybe I can salvage a rough two days with UNI. Good team, hope they finish the Aggies.

aTm losing would really shine a light on how bad SEC basketball has become. Only 2 teams get in and neither make it out of the first weekend? Not giving ourselves any benefit of the doubt going forward.

Get back to playin boys.
Killin the clock is what made the Texas game close.

Just a pathetic showing by the sec if this holds up.

Not even a legit mid major conference anymore

Both got difficult matchups although that is no excuse. I'd almost rather face IU than UNI to be honest.

I think there's a difference from Bruin who has his opinions and AD who seemed to be salty from Jabari being "mistreated".

One thing about it. If we can pump some life back into Barnes it might not take long to build back to a share of the top with KY.

I hope someone steps up. Texas A&M was good. LSU should have been. A few others show potential, UT being one. I think MSU has some good young guys, but obviously they lost a lot of experience this season. USCjr was a fraud but they had one of the better players in the league.

Can't imagine SEC won't be down too long. Four new coaches this year.

Florida, Auburn, Mississippi State, and Alabama all should be better next year.

Looks like Underwood will be off the market when Barnes retires.
What you think of Jacobson?

Really good coach but I think he's waiting for a blue blood or prestigious Big Ten job. Doesn't seem like he's willing to move. He's also been a small town guy his whole life (from North Dakota, grew up there, went to school there, etc.) and wouldn't shock me at all if he's comfortable in the mid major life style.

Howland has a hellacious class coming in on paper. MSU should be competing in 2017-18 if not next year.

Great coach but don't see him leaving the Midwest. I'd actually be surprised if he leaves UNI at this point. I know nothing of him other than he's from SD and been in that area of the country his whole life but he seems content.
