I don't know, maybe a DL and hold an OL and another defender can sneak through for a block? I don't think I've ever seen it called before.

But then what are holding them to do? Ya know…. Dumbest call I haven’t seen in awhile. It just makes no sense….

Not surprised no flag for PI because 1 Raiders ran into a other Raiders wr which is the worst self destruction for the Raiders.

Don’t you just love Josh McDaniels? Hope the Raiders front office is prepping for the coaching search that they’re going to be conducting after next season.

Reading It’s Better To Be Feared about the building of the Patriots dynasty. Thought it was interesting that Belichick felt he wouldn’t receive a THIRD chance at HC which factored heavily in his decision to accept the Patriots gig and the requisite power over the Jets. Didn’t understand why McDaniels was a hot commodity after the Broncos hatchet job. If anything, this has been even more abysmal.

Most likely Raiders fans are betting when will McDaniels get fired.
Raiders fans can’t be disappointed in NFL week 6 since the Raiders have their bye week.

I haven't seen the play in question, but I think that's a real scenario. I don't think you're allowed to pull lineman out of the way for another player to run through to block.

The fall on the quarterback thing isn’t new. Don’t really like it but I still don’t think it was as bad as the Brady call.

The QB didn't have the ball. The reason he fell on him is because he was holding the ball with one of his arms, and the other arm did brace for the impact. Is he supposed to let Carr have the ball so that he doesn't partially fall on him? It's totally ridiculous. The rule wasn't written to protect Carr in that situation and refs have to do a much better job of understanding the spirit of the rule. The rule makers were not trying to stop that play from happening.

What's crazy is this happened in KC and there was a late hit on Mahomes earlier that I was OK with them not calling, and my thought was "I guess they're letting the QB's play tonight." Nope.
