Actually they played last year, John's team beat his brother's 49ers. :hi:
I was answering the question about the super bowl. Yes, it is the first time brother's have played in the superbowl. My answer was a little misleading without saying in the super bowl.

Go Ravens!!!!! Ray Lewis is my favorite defensive player in the nfl and has been for years. Not many defenders that have his passion and football intelligence on top of his physical ability

Ravens will win, tho I could careless. I have about as much interest as I did in the NC game.

Let’s hope somebody brings this kind of defense.

I just want a receiver that can hold on to the ball after that hit.

I like mayo but the refs tried their best to give the pats that game
I didn't think it was that bad and I was rooting for the Ravens. However, the hit Mayo delivered I thought should have drawn a flag since the Ravens got one earlier for a similar hit. Other than that, I didn't think the officiating was that bad. The Ravens / Broncs game I thought it was bad.

I'm against the Pats all the way, but Mayo didn't lower his helmet. The contact was shoulder pad to chest. I'm surprised they didn't throw a flag, but I don't think it would've been the right call.

On the other hand, the hit that knocked Ridley out and caused a huge turnover was clearly helmet to helmet.

I don't think it should have been a penalty because it was a clean hit, but they threw one against the Ravens earlier so I'm surprised it wasn't called. The hit on Ridley was mostly caused by Ridley himself. He lowered his head a lot just prior to the hit. He's lucky he only got a concussion.

If there was no helmet to helmet, what made 88's head rock backwards?

This.....but in all honesty i hate the helmet to helmet rule because its too controversial.....and its one sided for the offense. Theres no protection for a defensive player pursuing the ball carrier and getting blindsided by a blocker. Let them play
