Same, Nerd. I wish we had Super GT over here (unless I'm missing it somewhere). Suuuuuuch a good series.

Speed used to show it in the Winter, and they held an exhibition event back in like 2004 at California speedway.

I am sure Speed dropped it to make space for the more important shows like pimp my ride and Dumbest stuff on wheels.

Do speed show Nascar? We don't get Nascar anymore, but starting from this year we are getting all the Nationwide races. Is the Nationwide series any good?

Don't know many people that go out of their way to watch Nationwide.

Other than that, Sprint Cup usually makes its way onto the big boy networks. Speed is where the lesser known stuff gets aired.

Sadly it may be my only way to get a stock car fix this year though. Do you think it is worth watching? Are there any good drivers in it?

We used to get every Nascar race live and in full here, now I doubt I will even be able to see the Daytona 500. Very disappointing.

Speed shows a repeat of each NASCAR Cup race on Wednesday, and also the Nationwide series, but I am not sure when. I like the Nationwide series, and I am fairly sure most Cup fans also watch it.

And Brian Johnson is there apparently? I saw him in a jumper, is he driving?

Also, Pastrana is there. I hate him. I hate the fact that a guy who describes everything as "like, totally awesome, bro" is the most gifted motorist ever. In anything. Anything with an engine, he can dominate in it.

Yup, I believe the Austin Hatcher Foundation is based in Chattanooga, and the owner of the team, Byron DeFoor, is a Chattanooga businessman.

Stephen, please make an effort to watch the Bristol night race this NASCAR season. Fun stuff.
Stephen, I live within a few miles of the track and it's definitely an awesome experience. This year I got to go up in a helicopter and make a few runs over the track. Was one of the coolest sights I've seen.

It's a .5 mile track. Holds over 100,000.

Has seating for 160,000, one of the largest seating capacities in the country around just a .566 mile track. Although some think otherwise, offers one of the best races most times. Rusty Wallace called it like flying a jet fighter in a gymnasium. Track speed record for NASCAR is over 128 mph, with track record by a sprint car at a little over 150 mph. Those are average speeds.

Yes, most excellent race, to have the top three still on the same lap with only 5 or so seconds between first and second after 24 hours is the equivalent of having about a tenth of a second in the Daytona 500.

Great job by A J Allmendinger, and considering he is yet to win in NASCAR (I predict the next first time winner) would tend to show how good NASCAR drivers have become on road courses.
