Im not sure depends on what they do with it. Im pretty sure the booster paying for the loft is a violation. Trashing the car drunk has something to do with the KPD and the girls.... well that would just ruin him and Layla...

It is not a violation unless he ever brought any recruits to the place or held any parties for them. If it was just for his little love shack, it was no violation.

If the loft was for the coach it would not be a violation. If the players used it, that would be another story. Seems like Lexus of Knoxville would be able to verify the damaged vehicle.

Last time I checked 19 was the age of most college freshman. That would give him reason to not only know, but possibly be at the party. Give him a break. He is kind enough to let us in on some info.....and if he is making all this up...well.....it is entertaining.
