MIL tells everyone how poorly she is treated.
We hooked up a portable AC last nite in her room while I sweated my bawls off last night.
Beech lives the life of Riley and complains about it.:banghead2:

4K to your homeowners insurance, is that your deductible?

You can't get home owners in FL so the Insurance of last resort is called Citizens. They charge out the azz cause they can. We have never had a claim but the cost keeps going up cause other parts of FL get hit with hurricanes occasionally.

Srs though VIF check out biweekly mortgage companies. They'll handle tax escrow and shizz all together and split payments biweekly so you shave a couple years off the mogauge.

The expression, "Living the life of Riley" suggests an ideal contented life, possibly living on someone else's money, time or work. Rather than a negative freeloading or golddigging aspect, it implies that someone is kept or advantaged.

What a revoltin' development this is. :eek:lol:

Never heard that one.

I do this!

Best thing we found and when we refinanced a couple years ago to get the lower rates we stayed with the same company just gave them the updated info. We rounded up out draft too to the nearest Hundo just to shed a little extra off.

For clarity ours is independent of our mortgage company. We have mortgage insurance with them too. They only charge a couple bucks as their fee. I think they make money off of interest too is why they do it.

Explored every angle. We have an equity line of credit due to the theft of 90 G by the contractor. Original house didn't sell in time before the bubble burst. Lost my azz on that one.

The joy of home ownership can kick you in the nutz sometimes.

We had to put a new roof on last summer. Both houses on either side and all 3 in the back had hail damage and got new roofs from insurance.

Our roof did not have "enough" hail damage for insurance to cover, put they gave us $300 to help cover the hail damage to our gutters.

If the hail is in the gutter, it was on the roof.
