Long ago I read an article about Spam which mentioned that a woman in the UK found a can in her grandmother's pantry that dated from the 40s. They sent it off to Hormel, who opened it up and determined it was still perfectly edible. So I went out, bought a can, and wrote the year on the bottom. That was four apartments/houses ago. Eventually I'm gonna fry it up and see if I die.

Kinda concerning

If you attempt this in either Ohio or Florida, I'm sure it will end badly...perhaps with some mutilation involved.

Guys I have to do an overnight shift at work to move stuff around. The only other people working with me are 3 older women with Northern accents and can't lift a shoelace without assistance. Prayers are much obliged

That Cuban SS we supposedly have interest in looks interesting. Doubt we outbid the dodgers, but we are a finalist.

Maybe Eric Aybar could be an option. Good defensively, plays 2B/3B/SS, has some speed, reasonable contract, and much better with the bat than Janish.

On Aybar: Unless the Angels take 75% of his contract or we get rid of Uggla, no way you take him with 3/27M left on that deal

I just pulled an all nighter even though I didn't want to. I will now go eat waffles.

I thought he had something like 2/16M remaining, but I guess not. I wouldn't take the 3/27M either unless they were to cover 10-12M of it.

Make sure you guys have your slumber party that night...
