Yeah, I think so. His family lives down that way. Mrs Verc's brother lives at the frigging Governor's Club.
Very good chance they know each other..
Just drove by the Governor's Club Sunday afternoon, he must doing reallyyyy well, that place is as blue blood as you'll find around Nashville (for the most part anyhow).
He does live in one of the crappiest houses in the Governor's Club, but that still means it's two or three times bigger than my house. He has whole rooms which he paid to have professionally decorated and which, as far as I can tell, no one ever enters or uses at all. They have a set of copper pans hanging in the kitchen which probably cost over $3000 and which I would kill to cook with, but which they apparently just use as a prop; they've never been used. They have two comfortable rooms full of their old furniture, and that's where they spend most of their time; the rest of the house is like a Potemkin village. A whole neighborhood full of giant fake houses like that is such a silly waste.
