I'd go Johnson and Maholm for Pedro Alvarez.

You'd be surprised how many pirates fans would take that trade. Due to his extreme hot and cold streaks he is a very polarizing figure. He's actually made huge strides defensively this year too

I love Pedro, so I'm partial to him. If he could just get his get on base more he would be a very good player. He may hit 35+ HRs this year and push 100 RBIs. Just needs to find other ways to get on base.
