Braves have to be towards the top of players they drafted in the all star game this year. Kimbrel, Wainwright, and Locke just off the top of my head

Wright said the rationale for his picks was straightforward: He picked the NL home run leader (Gonzalez), the leading vote-getter by a large margin by fans (Harper) and one choice for himself -- his childhood friend Cuddyer. Wright said all three accepted, so he never got further down on his list, despite other deserving candidates.

Yep, feel like everything he writes is long winded. The only reason I ever read that article is because some national media members at yahoo and NBC wrote articles calling him out for some of the BS in the article

Yep, the NBC article was pretty good too calling DOBs article full of strawman arguments and called it a very curious column that is altogether extremely unconvincing. Will link the article when I get off mobile, still have it saved to favorites on my computer
