It's funny how everybody freaks out when a company writes a check and gets their name put on something, but nobody seems to bat an eye when an individual writes a check and gets their name put on something.
It an interesting twist. They get their name on the stadium and also get credit for not taking the old name off. And the alliteration is catchy enough that they could probably even weave "Preserved by Pilot" into a branding strategy.I understand both sentiments. It’s not Neyland being renamed. Preserved by Pilot is actually kind of catchy and unique. That’s the big thing.
