The Atlanta Braves Thread

This happens to Florida semi-routinely, it's just that we never got to take advantage of it because we always play them before one of their spectacular meltdowns. For some stupid reason.

Neyland and the DL are going to eat their QB, Mertz or Lagway.

Putting this in perspective, Alabama is currently -22.5 against Vanderbilt.

the vibes have never been lower at the swamp
If they don't beat UCF, it is entirely possible that they don't win another game all year. After this weekend their best chance at a win is at FSU in the season finale.

If you can afford to bet 1k on a 600/1 long shot, 35k probably doesn’t change your life

if I woke up tomorrow in those shoes I’d be taking the money and running though

I hope I’m wrong but I’m afraid they are going to be shopping at the bargain bin this offseason. To them they look more to the business side of it than say the Dodgers or Yanks whose attitude is win no matter how much it costs. In their mind they ask themselves “Can we sell out Truist Park every night with what we have?” If the answer is yes then why should we spend a boatload of money to chase a trophy?

Snit really needs the money that bad, couldn't even get a "I'll sit down with the family" for a couple days of hope SMH

Snitker's contract expires at the end of the 2025 season.

I would like to see the Braves then go outside the franchise and bring in a manager from a different org with some new and fresh ideas.
