I'm no law expert by any means, but isn't supplying someone with a gun (that killed someone) illegal?

Innocent until proven guilty in my book, but I wonder if he's going to catch legal trouble?

Just seems like a really big story! I'm surprised Bama is allowing him to still play considering the culture we live in today where rumors can cancel you immediately
Bama knows that Miller will be long gone before any legal troubles might arise. They have nothing to lose by playing him.

I mean a policeman testifying in court that the gun was brought to him by the guy showing texts as proof is more than a rumor. Miller is probably home free criminally based on the articles I looked at about Alabama law needing knowledge of intent for this kind of accessory charge since that’s so difficult to prove (but I guess maybe you never know?), but it’s fairly clear to me that he messed up morally and this was not just a wrong place/wrong time thing though.

Exactly....and before the Summer 99% of the country will have moved on from it. Sad...but just the way it is. We suspend Tony V for what has been said to be a minor secondary violation.

Real classy Miller patted down by teammate during player introductions in today's game

Miller supplied the gun to its owner who then supplied it to someone that used it, Miller didn’t directly supply it to murderer. And even in that scenario intent has to be known.
Yeah, true. I should have been more clear that he didn’t give it directly to the murderer

Well maybe it is actually true, I saw Richard West which is a known troll count saying the same and assumed it was fake. But now see others sharing/saying it too so who knows.

This did happen in pre-game. Clay Travis tweeted a video of it.
Yea just posted saying I was seeing others saying it so may be legit, which apparently it is…RGW was saying it days ago and everything that troll says is fake so was assuming he got the OP.

Unbelievable. (This man's attitude, not your account.)

His friend texts him at 1:00 in the morning. I need my gun now. Miller knew it was loaded and his friend wasn’t going to the gun range or duck hunting. Miller parked his car to act as a Barrier for them to leave. Should he go to jail. I don’t know. Should he be allowed to play Basketball anymore at Alabama. No. If this was any other player he is dismissed from the school immediately.
