Read something the other day that he could be in line to pitch next Sunday in DC. A game I just so happen to have tickets to behind the plate with food and booze included. Really hope the offense shows up that day.

Yeah and I’m waiting for the Anibal magic to wear off at some point. I don’t think McCarthy makes another start. You got Fried as the sixth guy and Touki could potentially be ready. And I pray Soroka is ready by September

Lineup needs an obvious makeover but that is what it is. The pen and bench are on AA to fix at this point.

I badly wanted to go to the HR Derby, All Star game, stay through the week and catch the weekend series in DC but I am buried at work for the next two weeks trying to finish up a deal.

I think we have enough pitching to fix it from within. We badly need some bats thought. We need to upgrade SS, CF, and I would still upgrade 3rd

Our entire roster has one (1) 30 HR SEASON in all their combined careers. Ender has 30 HRs in his entire career. Seems an arbitrary position and an arbitrary stat to choose.

For me 3rd is a power hitter position in okay with my 3rd baseman hitting 250 because I expect him to hit 30 homers. Im willing to sacrifice defense there for a solid bat.
