I get what you are saying but tbh, I dont think it matters because we are going to be cheeks for the next few years at least either way. Might as well ride Tannehill and then try and draft our next QB rather than get LJ at high cost and then give him nothing to work with. Jmo though.

Why does every umpire come off as a power tripping mall security guard?

I'm not 100% sure. Baseball is the only sport where it isn't completely unacceptable for a player or manager to come completely unglued in an argument with an official, and it is also the sport with the most petulant officials, so maybe umpires feel like they need to or can match that energy.

Domn you just hate it when you go to the ball park to watch the umps and the players get in the way. It's such a travesty.

Football officials put up with some unhinged behavior from coaches, but you're right. Arguments are a really dumb part of baseball culture.

System is the main reason I wouldn't. I don't trust guys who come from them in the NFL. It's one of the main reasons I thought Malik was gonna be terrible.

Recent Ohio State QB track records aren’t great either, which is a QB friendly system. That’s why if I’m the Panthers, I’d have to find some convincing reasons to not pick Bryce Young.
