I watched a Vice panel with Latin folks some time back before the election and the moderator kept using the "Latinx" term.

Even the liberal members were like "WTF?" and said they didn't care for the term.

It's probably yet another label that some white liberal idiot came up with trying to "help."

At some point, complainers must face the ironic reality that they actively engage with the folks the complain about. LG posting tirades against Fox News and their talent as a prime example.
If someone irritates me, I do my best to ignore them. I've havent watched news of any kind in years.

You’re in a thread that collects examples and discusses them. It makes sense you would hear more about it here than elsewhere.

It’s like the Russian collusion nonsense. I was inundated with it here. I never heard it discussed once in the workplace or at the grocery store.
