The Central Park dogwalker incident had hit full SJW outrage.

The fact that she mentioned his race so many times on the 911 call suggests that she thought it would cause a faster or harsher reaction by the police. That may be the most disturbing part to me.

Dammit, stop broadcasting our methods. When Whitey needed the police to come and gun down a particular black feller we'd repeatedly tell the 911 dispatch that the perp is a minority (wink, wink) and they'd show up with lead a flyin'. Stop messing with my white privilege, a** *ole. Now "they" know.

Everyone is inconsequential, you self important turd.

So anyone who has not been threatened witj a gun is worthless. Lmao. It's too easy to corral you into spouting off the dumbest stuff on VN.

Ok......about 7 years ago a guy with a dostoevsky based name called me the same thing.

Verbatim

Even the turd part.

That's not remotely a common saying.

And then got a dog treat out of his pocket, which she saw well before she called the cops
So a weirdo stranger (without a dog) who's filming you says during an argument about your dog, says "you aren't going to like what i am about to do", pull something out of his pocket and tries to get said dog, seems like a normal thing to you?

It’s New York City, if you call the damn cops for everything that “doesn’t seem normal” you might as well just live at the police station

If I see a random person giving a dog that’s not theirs “treats” during an argument with the dog’s owner, I’m going to assume that these treats are poisoned.

As others have pointed out in this thread, where the women went wrong is the language she used in the phone call. She should have screamed that this man just poisoned her dog and used that as a jumping off point.

This is where I have a problem , don’t try to give my dog anything without my permission .

The dog didn’t eat any treats and she was able to leave at any time. “He tried to give my dog a treat that may be poisoned” is still a weak reason to call the cops

Her call to the police was racially motivated. I firmly believe that. And the man had every right to bitch about her dog not being on a leash. No problem there either. What I don't understand is people defending the man's threat to the animal(which, BTW, can't help that it has a stupid owner), or saying he just wanted to give the dog a treat. It's not his dog. He issued a threat. He started calling the dog and enticed it with treats. How is it not perfectly reasonable to believe he might have had a more sinister motive behind trying to get the dog to come to him after he made the statement about her not liking what he would do? It's more than just a treat. It's a way to lure the dog to him. After that, his motives are questionable simply because of the words he admitted to using. The man did not deserve the crap that woman gave him, but he should never have threatened the dog because its owner was a jackass. Not sure what's so hard to see about that. Her actions may have been far worse, but that doesn't justify his actions. Acting as if it does baffles me.

I think that they both crossed lines here. She went further across the line by using race as a tool to embellish her story . He is freaking weirdo who clearly was looking for some sort of situation like this and was trying to entice her dog (which should’ve been on a leash) to come to him.

If you think about the premeditated nature of this he’s a freaking psycho . Anything short of a friend leaving dog treats at his place by accident when they came over means he had it on a list. Let’s see here items to pick up at the store during a pandemic in NYC:
Bread, milk, canned goods, masks, gloves, don’t forget dog treats for the dog that I don’t have....
That doesn’t mean she isn’t a bitch that tried to embellish the nature of her story by using the “scary black guy in the park” racial scare tactic, it just means he’s weird AF. She’s more in the wrong and she lost her job and livelihood during this time. I find that to be a strong precedent to be set because the nature of the crime wasn’t worthy of a termination, but the optics were much worse.

Her overall mindset cost her pretty much everything.

I tell my elderly mom, and my sister, don't open your mouth, mind your business, no glares or dirty looks or a peep. Regardless of situation, if anything call the police. You can't tell anymore what will escalate or not, and who is the other person and how they will react. Unless you're willing to go to the concrete and blows, mind your own business unfortunately.

Same here. My wife is from a country where strangers give each other verbal sh!t in an altercation but nothing happens beyond that. Had to teach her that road rage with her Latin temper may get her killed here. Or both of us.

Ok this has now gone too far.

Investigation launched into Central Park incident involving white woman and black man

The commission has the authority to fine violators of the law and can award compensatory damages to victims, including emotional distress damages and other benefits. It can also order trainings on the NYC Human Rights Law, changes to policies, and develop restorative justice relief such as community service and mediated apologies, in lieu of or in addition to fines and monetary relief.

How is this commission even constitutional?

Yes she did...you don’t claim someone is threatening your life, while staying in the immediate area of where your life supposedly being threatened. You leave, retreat to safety.

She made no attempt to remove herself from that obvious life or death situation. And she almost strangled a cocker spaniel to death.

She didn’t take that so called threat as seriously as you did. 😂

Her fake outrage is just as sad as all the fake outrage in regard to racism.

But, the racism angle here should be a staunch liberal democrat, who reacts to an effeminate black man, only reinforces how full of sh** these people are.......oh the sensibility, yet, won't interact, but, react like a scared white person moving to the other side of the street once seeing a group of black males She acted like the scared little white uppity hypocrite that she is.

This is why these types of uppity lib progressive people are such comedy gold. Drop them all of in bad part of town and see true colors come out. Full of it, the majority, just cowardice and fake lip service.

This is a very real talking point within the Democratic Party, and is one reason why Democrats aren’t a monolith. Plenty of MLK’s “white moderates” in both parties
