Saban might be a better coach on paper, but I feel pretty comfortable saying Les did some unspeakable things to Lucifer. In no way is he a better game coach than Saban, but between the talent and breaks he gets without even asking for, he might be the best coach the college game has seen in a long, long time.

I agree. I used to hate the guy but if you look at his bowl record/big game record its sick. He's one of my favorite coaches in college football.

I'm not worried about Boise playing in the MCG...I know it's not gonna happen..they will be in a BCS bowl and that is cool with me..I just want to see what the BCS was ment to do...and if you don't win YOUR conference, you don't win the MNC.

Although I disagree with it, the way it's set up is to pit the two best teams in college football against eachother. There is nothing in their mission statement about selecting conference winners, although I still think that ought to be a rule.
