Rob Ryan is a joke. I think we should move back to a 4-3. D ware as rde Ratliff at 3 technique with lissemore or spears beside him and Coleman or even spencer at other de. I know we run a lot of 4-3 anyway but we are too small to run the 3-4 and woefully ineffective with it

I think the scheme is working alright, we just keep getting bit in the arse by a crappy secondary. Definitely need to take a corner with the first pick.

Preaching to the choir bro. But preach on anyway. The DB's should be ashamed to be on the field after leaving (I think) Manningham so wide open there wasn't a white jersey in the camera shot and he jogged into the end zone. Is Jerrah paying these people? Perhaps he will finally realize that you can't get away with having an average (at best) secondary regardless of how many point your offense puts up. T-New needs to either be moved to safety or find a new team. We need a shutdown corner. Bad.

Played a lot of back ups in the 4th quarter. Rested Ware and Ratliff and now gotta get ready for Philly. Two game season. Win them and we are in. If the deadskins can beat NY tomorrow and the Jets the following week then a win over Philly clinches the division. If they win either one then we gotta beat Philly and NY. Starts with Philly. Lets do this Dallas

I'll go ahead and say it. My team sucks.
I am not optimistic about the game against the giants.
I have accepted Romo=Danny White.
I have accepted we may not be much better next season.

On the positive side, Tyler Bray is the #1 QB in the 2014 draft if he stays until then. Perhaps history repeats itself and the Cowboys plod for 8 years behind a QB who puts up good numbers but just doesn't get the big wins, then drafts the franchise QB who wins 3 super bowls. Plus Norv could make his way back to Dallas next year.

I like Garret, but he needs to bring in a good OC so he can concentrate more on game management. IE, not icing your own kicker or settling for a 49 yd FG attempt with 20 seconds and 2 TOs at your disposal.

This team needs something in the secondary more than anything else. For the second straight year the play has been pathetic.

Same. Garrett's ineptitude is a very different brand than that of Phillips.

This team needs something. Attitude. They don't take the field expecting to just mash the other team. Go back to Jimmy's teams. They had swagger even when they were losing.

Yeah those teams had "swagger" because they were good. In fact they were so good that they're considered, by some, to be in the top 10 NFL teams of all time. Attitude doesn't make up for a serious lack of talent in the secondary. If Gerald Sensabaugh starts walking around with "swagger," he's still just a ****ty safety.

Yep... Was flipping through some defensive stats a couple days ago and came to the conclusion that Rob Ryan is actually a pretty good defensive coach. Sometimes there's not much you can do when an entire position group of the defense blows.
