Yes. He secured the ball with both hands and then switched to his left hand to lunge toward the goal line. He did have possession and the ground cant cause a fumble.

You're never going to see it any different way and I understand, but he didn't have the ball secured throughout the catch.

The difference is I think Cowboys fans realize one play didn't completely end the game, and won't have conspiracy theories like the lame lions. The lions lost, because they are one of the worst franchises in sports. Not because of one play.

Overturned call on Dez was terrible. Rule itself in general is terrible. damn thing will be replaying in my mind for the next month. Wasn't the reason the boys lost though. When you let a one legged qb throw all over you, fumble the ball, don't recover opponent fumbles, and miss fg's, you aren't gonna win most of the time. as i said last week after the lions game, the great teams, are the ones who overcome the bad calls, and Dallas did not do enough to justify that.
