That Panthers loss is going to come back to haunt the Falcons. They still have an opportunity but that was a huge loss to fall a game off the pace.
Been on the road. Arrived in Kingsport this evening.Has @chuckiepoo been held hostage in Lady Vols Forum????
5 losses by 5 points or less. And they have all come within the past 7 weeks. Pretty crazy to think your Falcons could have positioned themselves for the best record in the NFL all thanks to having the easiest schedule in the outside of the Dolphins. No 49ers, Ravens, Dolphins, Bills, Chiefs, Eagles, Cowboys, Bengals, Browns. The Lions, Jaguars, and Texans were the hardest games on the schedule. Only had to play 3 of the top 13 teams record-wise so far. Here’s the bottom 6 teams in the NFL standings. The falcons lost to 4 of these (titans, commanders, cardinals, panthers). They beat the Jets by 5 with Tim Boyle at QB. It wasn’t just the panthers game, they did this all season.
