Trout just hit a ball with 114.4 mph exit velocity!
It was a line drive out to left.
He’s such a great baseball player!
I hope he can stay healthy and continue to add to his numbers, because he ain’t seeing many post seasons.

I have no sympathy for him. He is making enough money to last multiple lifetimes playing a kids game. He could have made that money anywhere but he decided to stay with the team that drafted him and they have shown they have no idea on how to build a roster. It’s laughable that they had Trout and Ohtani on the same team and couldn’t even sniff the playoffs. That entire organization needs an overhaul.

Which is why I want him to pile up the stats and make it to Cooperstown someday.

I think he is a great player too but the media way overhyped him with several calling him the best player of all-time but if he doesn’t have a single playoff win on his résumé then that is a huge red mark. I know it is a team sport but you can’t tell me he can go all this time and not get a single playoff victory. And the one chance he did get he was a no-show. At some point he has to lead his team. And if he decided to stay with a mediocre organization then that is his own fault.

Parkway Drive In in Maryville is fun; they generally show first run movies. You can bring in your own food, so that keeps concession prices reasonable. Parkway Drive-in Movie Theater | Maryville, TN

And Joe Maddon tried to run it. I thought when they hired him, the Angels would finally turn it around.
