Had more than a few encounters with a pair down the bayou… we’ve also got a pair here close to the house that held up development until they relocated. Gorgeous creatures.

Amazing. We watched them through the binoculars for a little while. At first I saw one in the nest, then a short time later spotted another fly from a nearby wooded area. They greeted and groomed each other for a few minutes before one of them flew off to another wooded area. Incredible.

Phillip Wellman, former Mississippi Braves manager. June 1, 2007. I vividly remember this because it happened when I was a high schooler and it was at the Lookouts stadium here in Chattanooga. One of the best things that ever happened for the Lookouts 😂

Chances of rain in Lexington down from 65% last night to about 5% tonight, thankfully. Still going to be quite chilly and breezy.

How’d the Tide fare against the Aggies, been busting it so I could get home early, just walked in and haven’t seen any updates.
