Anytime a team celebrates a championship and poses for photos like the job is fully done they are susceptible to losing. Vandy is also playing for their season. Not saying they will win but they have a decent shot.
Technically they are SEC co-champions at the very least. It’s the most difficult conference in the country and they had to play one of the hardest schedules so I don’t have a problem with it. Would be hilarious if we stole the 1 seed from them though 😂

It’s going to be nice having baseball without divisions next season. You get 2 permanent opponents and 8 that rotate on an annual basis. “Should be” a more balanced schedule for teams going forward. We thought the same was going to be the case for football but we all saw how slanted those schedules are.
Today is last day of conference play, if a rain out occurs it is what it is correct?

Doesn’t matter…job is not fully done and they celebrated like it was. Ending up as the 3 seed is not fully completing the job especially when you share the title with a team who beat you heads up on your home field.

SEC was really top heavy this season in baseball.

Florida, LSU and Mississippi and Vanderbilt were just above average.

Tennessee
Kentucky
Georgia
Arkansas
Texas A&M
Mississippi State
South Carolina barely
Should be only teams in NCAA tournament

Not sure about balance as you are only going to play 10 of the 15 possible teams. It is crazy to miss out on 1/3rd of the conference each year. They could go to 12 Sec weekends which would be a better indicator of who is really the best team and would also generate more revenue. Playing weekend series against the likes of Illinois etc didn’t serve much purpose for us anyway….that is what midweek games are for.

Ask yourself the question of where do you think those 4 mediocre teams would finish in other conferences…when you have to play most of those big guys every weekend it makes it tough to garner wins each week. If Vols ever were to be in that spot, I would want in the tournament because I think any Sec team feels they can advance in the postseason if they don’t have to play Sec giants the entire way.

Preaching to wrong person I'm definitely not a SEC flag Waver. It's Tennessee for me to hell with the rest.

Again not answering the question…any of those teams would finish high enough in the ACC to be easily in the tournament…dense is dense
You know I want even talking to your ass so you can take the being the smartest man in the room and ram it up your ass.

Now carry the hell on .

Hahahaha spell right next time…do not have to be smart to ask a person a question and then to have it answered properly. I see by your profile you are a troll though. You don’t affect me in slightest. Glad you got mad you pathetic bastard.

Florida is in a different boat this year imo. They have some bad losses on their résumé. They don’t deserve to be in the NCAAT. If you flip flop Tennessee and Florida I guarantee you we would not be in consideration for a spot. These are some of the teams they have lost to:

St. John’s
Stetson
UCF
Saint Mary’s
Jacksonville
Swept by Missouri

Very understandable…they struggled mightily in mid week games…they prob won’t get in anyway but would have had a better chance in other conferences where they would have surely won more weekend contests…midweek games don’t matter much until you start losing handfuls of them…lol

Florida won their first 3 SEC series but have lost 6 straight and possibly 7 straight whenever they lose to Georgia today. No way in hell a team that wins 30% of their conference series should be on the bubble. I don’t care what conference you are from. The minimum expectation for a NCAAT team should be winning half of your conference series. It’s a bunch of BS they are even a bubble team.
