If this season has been any indication, there will be more upsets this last month of the season so it is far from settled. I do like our chances of getting that last hosting spot though. Even with 2 losses, we would have a much better SOS than the majority of teams vying for the hosting spots. Yeah the Arkansas loss is looking worse by the week but if our only other loss is Georgia close (emphasis on close) then it would be hard to argue against us.

I would not be happy if we had to go on the road. They would essentially be picking a third Big Ten over us and probably ND as well…I say hell no to that

Gotta keep an eye on Ole Miss too. If they beat Georgia then that throws a wrench into everything and they will get a spot if they finish 10-2.

Call me crazy but I want to play Texas in Atlanta…so I’ll take winning out and Texas beating A&M

I also want Bama to lose to Auburn…hahahaha

That’s why I prefaced with “if”. Never know until they rule him out or diagnose a tear/significant sprain. I thought they would keep Ohtani out with that shoulder but he decided he could power through. Lagway was walking on crutches so logic would say he probably will end up missing some time though.

I would be surprised if he suits up again this year…partial tear if not full tear and it’s time for next season
