If they end up playing Penn State I think Arizona State would beat them. They are hot at the right time and might be a team that could make a run. I’m sure Arizona State will be huge Clemson fans today though. They will be the 4 seed with an upset and completely bypass a road playoff game.

So far, both championship games being played with playoff implications have been routes. Boise destroys UNLV last night and Arizona State is taking it to Iowa State. Just completely non competitive games. Not what championship games are suppose to be.

If Clemson wins today then Boise State will be the 3 seed and Arizona State will be the 4 seed. Clemson will be 11 or 12, depending on what the committee decides to do with SMU/Alabama if that happens. We all know who the committee will choose in that situation though
