2025 Caribbean Series​

The 67th edition of the Caribbean Series features teams from the Dominican Republic, Japan, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Venezuela

MLB Network will broadcast the entire 2025 Caribbean Series in English. Featuring teams from the Dominican Republic, Japan, Mexico, Puerto Rico and Venezuela, the 67th edition of this prestigious international tournament will consist of 14 games across eight days at El Nido de los Aguilas in Mexicali, Mexico.
Scheduled to call the action across the tournament will be Craig Minervini and Doug Wright on play-by-play, alongside former players and analysts Rod Allen and Jeff Nelson. MLB Network’s coverage of the 2025 Caribbean Series will be available to viewers in the United States only.
Starting in 1949, many Hall of Famers and MLB All-Stars have competed in the Caribbean Series, including Rod Carew, Miguel Cabrera, Roberto Clemente, Edgar Martinez, David Ortiz and Ivan Rodriguez.

Leones del Escogido (Dominican Republic)
Manager: Albert Pujols
Notable players: Former Major Leaguers Robinson Canó, Johnny Cueto, Alex Colomé, Fernando Abad and Francisco Mejía will provide veteran presence. Caminero will not continue with the club in the Caribbean Series, but Brito -- one of the Leones’ best performers during the Dominican League postseason -- will play.

Manager: Alex Ramírez
Notable players: Former Major Leaguer infielder Munenori Kawasaki, as well as Bay Stars right-hander Aki Watanabe and veteran NPB left-hander Shuto Sakurai.

Indios de Mayagüez (Puerto Rico)
Manager: Wil Cordero
Notable players: Former MLB infielder Cordero will lead a Mayagüez squad that includes current and former Major Leaguers Emmanuel Rivera, Eddie Rosario, Isán Díaz and Henry Ramos. The pitching staff will include Dereck Rodríguez, former MLB hurler and son of Hall of Famer Ivan “Pudge” Rodriguez.

Cardenales de Lara (Venezuela)
Manager: Henry Blanco

Notable players: Long-time Major League catcher and coach Blanco, who led the Lara club to its seventh Venezuelan League championship, will manage a squad with current and former Major Leaguers Ildemaro Vargas, Edwin Escobar, Alexi Amarista, Ali Sánchez and Hernán Pérez.

Charros de Jalisco (Mexico)
Manager: Benji Gil

Notable players: Former Major League outfielder Billy Hamilton will continue to spark the top of the lineup and defense for the Charros club, which will also have former Major Leaguers Manny Bañuelos, Stephen Nogosek and Jack Mayfield on its roster -- in addition to Gil’s son, Mateo Gil.

Another aircraft tragedy. This one in Philly. Hits a mall on the ground. Six aboard. 🙏
They're calling it a LearJet 55 operated by Jet Rescue Air Ambulance. A new Dashcam
video of it on ground level from cars stopped at light records the crash. Didn't know whether to post that video or not. Fireball is huge & people getting out yelling OMG WTF?
