The eternal QB debate (merged)

Yes.

Quarterbacks always get too much credit when things go well, and too much crap when they don't... as always I'm sure its some where in the middle, that is deserved.

Yes.

The Law of Averages says the kid is due for something good to happen.

I understand not trusting him and maybe him not being your favorite player, but explain not having any respect for the guy.

He is NOT a leader. After 5 years, not once has he stood up and said "this one is on me" or that he has to do a better job and so on. But he has let most others do that. That is one reason I have no respect for him...but that is just me.. :)

I support the orange jersey....i don't necessarily like him...but as long as he's wearing that jersey i support him.

Jerry Seinfeld once had a quote that supporting a professional team was basically supporting a uniform color because the players, coaches, and organization change. College is much more than that. I'm not a UT alum...but I support my state's institution

how do you know? Just because he doesn't say it publicly so you can feel better means nothing.

sidenote:how did we get all the clausens but jimmy?

at this point i would kill to have rick back

I am starting this thread cause I am curious to how many people actually support him compaired to the people that are constantly bashing the guy. We have quite a few users on this web site and my theory is more people are supporters than not and it is only the Non supporters who voice their opinion the most. All we need on her is "Yes" or "No" lets keep this thread on track and find this answer out. Thanks.

"yes"

I support the coaching staff...they see things that am not able to see and for some reason they believe in Crompton.... It is b'cause of my belief in this staff that I must trust their decision and not second guess :nono:

glad to meet someone else who has been so willing to lower their expectations in defense of harmony... :birgits_giggle:

My expectations of Crompton were so low to begin with, it would be impossible to lower them further. I could care less about harmony. Incromptence will soon be added to Webster's as a new word defining futility.
