I have a 50 pt lead at the moment.

My opponent still has Carson Palmer and Larry Fitzgerald (both of whom play PHI tonight).

I still have Matthew Stafford (v NO) tomorrow night.

In a 6pt per passing td league, i need 49 points from Palmer and John Brown to move on to the championship. Thanks to Richard Rodgers, Lacy, Cobb, and Lamar Miller for all not doing **** today.

Dammit, ODB. You had to throw a tantrum and get yourself suspended the week of my championship game?

When you were playing a middle of the road passing defense too.

I Benched Jordan Matthews after he did nothing for me for 5 weeks and he goes and drops 22 points...

But it looks like it doesn't matter anyway. I have 132.5 points right now with Willie Snead left to play and he has 62.3 with Drew Brees and a receiver left to play. Praise be to Cam for dropping 50 and Praise be to Eli for keeping it a close game so Cam had to play the whole game.

In the Finals in my biggest league. Second place is $510 and first is $1000. Last week I picked up Julian Edelman in hopes he'd be healthy to play this week as my 3rd WR (I'd play him over Willie Snead and Jordan Matthews, even after this last week Matthews had probably) and this week I plan to pick up Tim Hightower to play over Chris Ivory against the Pats, since Ivory has done nothing the past three weeks.

Me and the girl on the other side (she's Defending champ btw) both have Cam Newton as our QBs and we may both end up with Hightower, so it's all about our role players.

I have

Forte and Hightower (hopefully) as my starting RBs

Julio Jones, Mike Evans, and either Edelman (if Healthy) or Matthews/Snead as my WR

Gary Barnidge as my TE (Zach Ertz as the other choice)

Cardinals as my D (or Giants)

Vinatieri or Sturgis as my Kicker seems to be the hard choice honestly.

Her team consists of:

Cam or Derek Carr at QB

Peterson, Hightower, Stewart, (O) or Denard Robinson at RB

Michael Crabtree, T.Y. Hilton, Sammy Watkins, Tavon Austin, and Nate Washington as WRs

Benjamin Watson or Kelce as TEs

Eagles or Lions as D

Blair Walsh or Vinatieri as kickers.

We can literally neutralize ourselves at 3 positions, and honestly I like my chances if its my 1 RB and WRs/TEs vs hers. But naturally I have to ask myself if Ivory will outdo Hightower. Or even if Carson Palmer could outdo Cam if Cam doesn't play the whole game. Whole lot of money riding on this game so I'm pulling out all the stops for it.

She's projected 111.3 to my 101.3 right now

I'm in the same boat. Cam Newton and Gronk are going to have to make it up for me.

Made the championship game in only one of the 5 leagues that i really wanted to win. I made 9 of 12 in leagues i didnt really care about. I get from this that I'm horrible at FF. I give a team my full attention and they fail. I halfazz put teams together and they win.

Already am starting M Bryant (v BAL) and D Baldwin (v STL) at WR. For the 3rd spot:

Amari Cooper vs SD (Thurs) or Alex Hurns (Jax) vs New Orleans?
