I can see both sides. I'm picking 4th in both leagues now so I have to decide between the two, I'm definitely torn lol.

I would take Kamara in one league and Henry in the other if i was that torn on it.

Personally I would take Kamara in both.

I'm being objective, like Nashvol said he is involved in other ways, if the Titans get behind they will probably throw the ball and not run it as much.

Kamara does split the carries as a RB. However, he has been the 2nd leading receiver* for NO since coming into the league (receptions wise)

Therefore he is the more valuable player. Even if NO gets behind, Kamara can still be a factor.

*Interesting stat. He has 81 receptions in all 3 seasons

That's a good point I knew about his streak of 81 catches. Tennessee is not known to abandon the run often though.

8 games he didn't have even 20 rushing attempts (only 2 of those ended up with more than 100 yds). He had 3 games with 20+ carries that didn't end in 100 yds. Up until the last 6 weeks of the season Henry wasn't even really a Tier 1 RB.

Yahoo has Kamara rated higher this year

Dude. A TD reception is as good as a TD rushing.

Can't disagree with that still don't see your point though. If a rb gets 25 carries a game, that is still better than a RB who get 12 carries a game and 5 receptions.
