The Everything Fantasy Football Thread

You're welcome, I'm happy with the trade, especially if Abdullah gets it together. With Bell being banged up and playing terrible. I think Abdullah will/should/hopefully be more involved going forward. If that happens, I think I made out good. My team wasn't winning, so it's a gamble I was willing to take.

I'm happy to get rid of Abdullah. The Lions offense is awful, and I really don't see them getting better anytime soon.

Here's my lineup for a DK league that's only for the late afternoon games:

QB: Aaron Rodgers
RB: Melvin Gordon
RB: CJ Anderson
WR: Randle Cobb
WR: Demaryius Thomas
WR: Anquan Bolden
TE: Richard Rodgers
Flex: Stevie Johnson
D/ST: Broncos

Is this a solid lineup for the afternoon games?

Well I need a good backup behind my 3 WRs and he's at least seemingly to consistently perform.

I guess another option besides Alex Hurns would be Ted Ginn.

(if PHI continues to struggle overall I might need said backup to replace Jordan Matthews).

Hurns got 31 points on DK today.

He had about 19 in my league. I'd be eyeing adding him, Rashad Jennings, or Ronnie Hillman (if he does more than that single rush for a 72-yard TD).

There's equal concern about who to drop. I'd have to let go of either Martavis Bryant, Witten (I have Kelce), Gostkowski, or CJ Anderson (if Hillman performs today).

I know the easy one should be "just drop Gostkowski he's a kicker!" but with how he's done the last two weeks (17 points, 19 points)...those really aren't points I want to risk giving up. (I had to drop another WR to pick up DEN's kicker to make sure I won today.)

You wouldn't draft Brown in the first round of a 12 team league? Cause there are not 12 better options, in PPR I would in a 10 team league.

No been burned way to much by drafting receivers first round

Last year I had Megatron who didn't show up
A few years ago I had Colston who played bad and before that I have had chad johnson when he hit a brick wall

Hbs and quaterbacks work for me

Luck( not this year ) and bell have worked great for me

Ingram should have had that td, stupid refs. Oh well, I need 9 points tonight, not confident with the way my team scored this week.

Who to add?:

Tavon Austin
Duke Johnson
Ted Ginn Jr
Ronnie Hillman
Chris Johnson

I'm thinking Tavon or Duke. Hillman's numbers seem a bit inflated by the one 72 yard TD run.

Hillman then Duke then Ginn

Really?

I know he ended the day with 103 yards and a TD, but after that 72 yard TD run on his very first carry, he only produced 10 carries for 31 yards.

Not to mention DEN's head coach is still pretty much saying he's going to "play both of his running backs."
