Well it feels incredible to finally reach the 90th consecutive healthy diet day for getting optimal shredded results and the right 2 workouts for getting shredded used most days of the week.
I can begin using 2 off days a week for drinking Sodas mainly Cherry Coke or Coca Cola, and unhealthy food on June 26, 2024.
This was the high bar commitment because no off days during the 90 consecutive days because I wanted optimal results not tainted results because of off days halting the desired optimal progress.

It felt excellent to finally use an off day for drinking soda, and eating unhealthy food.
I ate the brownie dessert, drank a 20 Oz Coca Cola, and ate a whole bag of Trader Joe’s Strawberry licorice twists .
I had a long break from drinking Coca Cola except from what it still tasted mostly the same.

I was very surprised when eating at Old Chicago on a Thursday night because I saw that Christina working as a bartender.
I’m unsurprised she transferred back to working at Old Chicago because it pays more.
While the Olive Garden she worked at was a short drive except didn’t pay as much compared to Old Chicago.

A great drama movie focused on 2 Marines on trial for murder with the Navy defense lawyer Daniel Kaffe (Tom Cruise) having to prove a code red was ordered by Colonel Jessup (Jack Nicholson) because that’s the only realistic chance for him to prove the 2 Marines aren’t guilty of conspiracy to commit murder, and murder.
A main message stated by Lance Corporal Harold Dawson about what he and Private First Class Louden Downey failed to do isn’t shoehorned in.
While it’s undeniable Lance Corporal Harold Dawson is in the wrong along with Private First Class Louden Downey for what they did to Willie Santiago , the movie still gives important information that Lance Corporal Harold Dawson is a man with honor that the audience can like which the movie never directly stated because respects the audience enough to understand that without saying it directly.
The movie earns the change with Daniel Kaffe and Lance Corporal Harold Dawson’s relationship.
It’s a well written drama movie focused on the US Marines that has shades of gray morality, and also black and white morality.
It’s the iconic courtroom drama movie that has that iconic line “You can’t handle the truth.” said by the Marines Colonel Jessup.
It’s understandable why Daniel is a Red Sox fan because the movie gives information Danny was born in Boston which isn’t shoehorned in the movie.
It’s a Courtroom drama movie with high stakes including a main conflict that can’t be easily resolved, fleshed out antagonists and protagonists, variety of real world locations including Washington D.C. and Cuba, impressive costumes including the Marines suits and Marines Soldiers suits matching what we’ve seen in US Marines commercials, a memorable original soundtrack that fits the scenes, good dialogue, memorable lines, unforgettable thrilling climax, smooth pacing, great messages including about doing the right thing even when a high drawback can be the result, and a satisfying open ending.
Minor nitpicks are it’s a very visible continuity error when Colonel Jessup picks up his Colonel Hat because his tie is missing while in the climax before that his tie was visible.
It’s unbelievable that Lance Corporal Harold Dawson and Private First Class Louden Downey don’t ask for water, subway sandwiches, other healthy drinks or food before Danny and Sam leave since they’ve been in the same detained location for likely over 3 hours.
Also, the detail about Daniel being late for a meeting for being assigned cases looks nonsensical because the meeting wasn’t in progress before Daniel entered the meeting room.
Anything in the movie that should get explained does get explained including
why didn’t Private Willie Santiago get a code red since he was a burden to his unit,
Why Lance Corporal Harold Dawson had a promotion held up with a stated reason which gets talked about when Lieutenant Kendrick is on the witness stand.
Also the understandable reason why Lance CorporeaL Harold Dawson got a below average rating on the most recent report by Lieutenant Kendrick.
Also, why exactly Lieutenant Kendrick wanted Curtis Bell dealt with in the unit after discovering he stole alcohol instead of reporting him to Kendrick’s Superiors.
I noticed during 1 scene of all the visible Magazines while Daniel is in that area that a Sports Magazine has the great Tennis player Andre Agassi during the era when Agassi wore a high quality wig before his bald head style playing days.
Colonel Jessup has a long entertaining monologue for why he believes he’s in the right when on the witness stand.
While it’s a very common cliche for movie antagonists to justify why they believe they are in the right, Colonel Jessup played by the charismatic great Jack Nicholson succeeded making this monologue very unique.
Also, this movie has an amazing scene of Marines shown in impressive unity moving their rifles in multiple ways during the opening scene which most likely took hours of practice.

DeadPool and Wolverine
9/10
It's a great Rated R, not PC-in-your-face very violent superhero bromance action movie that isn't a dime a dozen. Also, it is unique for an MCU movie to go outside their common PG-13 safe area box.
It isn't contrived drama that there is tension between Wolverine and Deadpool, and because of good writing, it's believable that the tension ends.
Deadpool and Wolverine are an entertaining unique Odd Couple.
I enjoyed that much like the mainstream continuity versions Deadpool and Wolverine are wearing masks with utter white eyes because superhero masks with visible eyes including for Batman for live-action movies are a dime a dozen.
It was satisfying to finally see Wolverine wear his classic yellow costume in a live-action movie.
Cassandra Nova is a terrifying antagonist who gets shown off for her impressive powers.
Anything that should be explained does get explained including why exactly Cassandra Nova wants to remain in the Void.
The Void is a memorable unique Dimension that gets explored.
Gambit is my favorite X-Men member, and I enjoyed that he was greatly done justice in this movie. This includes speaking with a smooth French cajun accent, wearing the same cool badass costume he wears in Mainstream Continuity, showing off his impressive abilities in action scenes, etc.
The cool badass costume including the thick metal boots is of excellent quality. He shows off his ability to use his retractable steel alloy staff including impaling a foe, also his throwing charged cards looked pretty and smooth because of impressive special effects for the visible pink kinetic energy. Gambit has impressive movement which is shown off in the action scenes.
Multiple scenes of him had me fist-pumping including when he threw a charged card to break a common drinking glass.
It's a stunning scene seeing Gambit use his amazing agility and dexterity.
Another stunning action scene is him stretching the Cards he charges with the pink kinetic energy with the cards appearing levitated before he throws the charged cards at foes. Also, the mental control over the energy charges that result in explosions, and the amazing sounds when he charges the cards, throws the cards, and the explosions.
I highly enjoyed when he used his steel alloy staff which he can charge with kinetic energy.
Gambit is badass and cool including his costume which is very flashy similar to the WWF wrestler Ultimate Warrior or Demon of the Rock and Roll Band Kiss, and action scenes of him using his abilities are pretty and impressive as the terrific Penguins player Mario Lemieux playing Hockey, or a Ferrari Enzo being driven including the amazing sound of revving, also the amazing sounds from the engine when it begins moving fast.
Even though Gambit wasn't the focus, he still got shown off which made me very happy.
The comedy is well done because of good timing, and good writing.
It's a movie that uses existing songs. It isn't an issue because the songs fit the scenes.
Deadpool breaking the 4th Wall as usual was entertaining. Also, I did enjoy that Deadpool found a way to fit in a line about the Los Angeles Rams since Wolverine's classic yellow costume has the same colors as that NFL team.
The movie also stood out with Nice Pool a unique DeadPool from a different universe that is very distinguishable.
Similar to Terminator 2, (1987) Robocop, and Blade this Rated R Super Hero Bromance Action movie shows off hardcore violence during the cool action scenes.
The movie succeeds in stating the huge high stakes for Deadpool's objective which has a ticking clock. Also because of good writing, it's not contrived or unbelievable why Deadpool finds a Wolverine that has no desire to work with Deadpool to achieve a very high bar objective.
Blade, X-23, Gambit, and Elektra didn't feel like fan service because they were shown off in action scenes. Also, they are occupying foes so that Deadpool and Wolverine have a realistic chance of achieving their very challenging task.
The movie shows very early with the first action scene that this will be an in-your-face hardcore Rated R violent action movie.
An amazing action spectacle scene is Wolverine and Deadpool fighting a brigade of Deadpools from different universes.
The thrilling climax is very high stakes with a visible ticking clock with the stated solution having a flaw that does get said. The movie gave enough information that I could understand why Deadpool and Wolverine both have understandable motivations to use the solution even after they heard the huge flaw.
A flaw that could keep the solution from being successful is visible.
It was memorable and entertaining with Deadpool seeing Wolverine while in different Universes. 1 of which I did recognize was the Age of Apocalypse Wolverine which like the comic book version has stunning Anime Style Hair and the same black and red costume style.
1 minor flaw is I wish that Nice Pool while breaking the 4th wall said The Proposal was finically successful at the box office while that can't be said about the awful quality Green Lantern movie.
The ending this movie has is earned.

It was a thrilling College Football week 1 with multiple thrilling games including Vanderbilt found a way to anchor down to defeat Virginia Tech, Notre Dame were able to play slightly better than Texas A And M in a defensive struggle, etc.
I’m very happy with the results of Nebraska bulldozed Texas El Paso as expected, Tennessee had an excellent day when they destroyed Chattanooga in a game that continued to get worse in the second half, and Washington steamrolled a Weber State team that did enough in the 1st half to keep it close.
All were not challenging games that Nebraska, Tennessee, and Washington were most likely to win.

I enjoyed the wedding on a Saturday evening that went into the night.
The vows spoken from the heart were very memorable, unique location that didn’t make me think of other weddings I’ve been to, the first born that is Aaron getting married did say I look like John Wick with the similar style custom made suit I wore, and warm weather without humidity so wasn’t challenging to wear a suit since it was a outdoors location wedding.
The Lake Tahoe Nevada area was very memorable including the off the ground vehicles used to get to the top of the mountains.
I enjoyed Yosemite National Park including the giant thick trees, thick logs, Ravens which were making noise, etc.

I’m a lot less depressed that the (0-3) Titans have struggled greatly this season mainly because the Vols are an impressive great undefeated team, the Washington Huskies are thriving with the rebuilding season mostly because of great acquired players from the transfer portal including the reliable QB Will Rogers, and the Cornhuskers have prospered mostly in the first month with wins so it’s looking favorable and realistic that the Cornhuskers achieve a winning regular season which hasn’t happened since the 2016 College Football season.

I’m very happy the (1-3) Titans defeated the Dolphins to get their 1st win, and they got over 17 points for the first time this season.
The Dolphins had to use a third string QB Thad that hasn’t started17 games so he’s still a Rookie in that way.
I’ll be waiting after the bye week to see if the Titans can continue to improve when they play teams that realistically can defeat them, along with can they be a consistent fruitful offense that scores above 17 points a game.
I’m very happy I saw a dark shade of blue Levi’s 514 Straight Jeans for my size 32-34 at a local JCPenny since it would take more than 1 day for an ordered Levi’s 514 Jeans 32-34 of that color to arrive at a local JCPenny.

Those are the 3 days of my Chicago vacation with my mother.
It was a memorable great Chicago vacation including buying multiple Cubs T-shirts, 2 very cool Cubs hats, multiple Chicago magnets not all for me because multiple ones are gifts, a Red Giordano’s deep dish pizza t-shirt from Giordano’s Pizzeria, a MLS Navy Chicago Fire New Era hat, a very pretty Adidas Original soccer style long sleeve athletic shirt, 4 Magnets at the Graham Crackers Comic book store and more than 5 comic books from there most of which are new.
The Athletics defeated the Cubs in an entertaining close game we saw on September 18th, however it was a close game, got to see them play this Oakland baseball team before they move to Las Vegas which is priceless, and I’ve usually seen the Cubs win the home game I see them play since me and mother have been visiting Chicago during the Summer usually for more than 15 years so that’s why them losing to the A’s aka the Athletics didn’t depress me.
Also, it didn’t make me sad or depress because my entire happiness for that Chicago vacation doesn’t depend on the Cubs having to defeat the Athletics in the game I see them play at Wrigley Field.

The Dolphins had to use a third string QB Thad that hasn’t started17 games so he’s still a Rookie in that way.
I’ll be waiting after the bye week to see if the Titans can continue to improve when they play teams that realistically can defeat them, along with can they be a consistent fruitful offense that scores above 17 points a game.
I’m very happy I saw a dark shade of blue Levi’s 514 Straight Jeans for my size 32-34 at a local JCPenny since it would take more than 1 day for an ordered Levi’s 514 Jeans 32-34 of that color to arrive at a local JCPenny.
September 17-19
Those are the 3 days of my Chicago vacation with my mother.
It was a memorable great Chicago vacation including buying multiple Cubs T-shirts, 2 very cool Cubs hats, multiple Chicago magnets not all for me because multiple ones are gifts, a Red Giordano’s deep dish pizza t-shirt from Giordano’s Pizzeria, a MLS Navy Chicago Fire New Era hat, a very pretty Adidas Original soccer style long sleeve athletic shirt, 4 Magnets at the Graham Crackers Comic book store and more than 5 comic books from there most of which are new.
The Athletics defeated the Cubs in an entertaining close game we saw on September 18th, however it was a close game, got to see them play this Oakland baseball team before they move to Las Vegas which is priceless, and I’ve usually seen the Cubs win the home game I see them play since me and mother have been visiting Chicago during the Summer usually for more than 15 years so that’s why them losing to the A’s aka the Athletics didn’t depress me.
Also, it didn’t make me sad or depress because my entire happiness for that Chicago vacation doesn’t depend on the Cubs having to defeat the Athletics in the game I see them play at Wrigley Field.

I’m very thrilled the Vols are the exact opposite of the awful Titans because they’ve won most of their games, and they are a very solid football team that is thriving greatly like the 2024 Lions.
Also the Bears with a rookie QB Caleb Williams are thriving even though Williams will have the common normal Rookie QB growing pains.
Also, the Cornhuskers are smooth sailing with a realistic chance to become bowl eligible in November, and the UW Huskies can have a winning regular season with signature wins even though they won’t be in the mix of teams competing for the 12 team playoff spots.

The wedding is on the Third October Saturday Night so won’t be in a Sports Bar to watch Alabama play Tennessee, however I have my cellphone so I can still see details of this highly anticipated Battle of the SEC Goliaths game that’s happening 3 days before my 39th Birthday.
First time in my 38 years of living that I’ve visited Connecticut, although I will be returning to see a Men’s UC Huskies basketball game because like the 90s Jordan Bulls, they are an impressive great team that is thrilling to watch.
I was born on October 22,1985.

Thank you.
It was my 39th birthday where I did see 3 Red Corvettes which is stunning because it’s what I want to get, and Red is my favorite color.
I went to see Terrifier 3 which was a very entertaining Christmas Supernatural Horror Slasher movie that does fit in comic book aspects, and a badass extraordinary sword which does get used in the climax.
Also, hung out with a friend at Buffalo Wings and Rings to watch NHL games mostly, the Celtics demolish the Knicks on TNT, and coverage of NASCAR including races that had crashes and wipeouts.
It’s a very similar sports themed restaurant to Buffalo Wild Wings including has an American Buffalo for the logo, and mainly serves Buffalo wings.
