There's a fine line between dedicated and crazy. Golf when it's over about 100 is stepping over and crapping on that line.

Down here, with humidity routinely running 50%+, you just don't play when it gets over 100.

Played Mirimichi Sunday. First time to play there. Shot an 81. Had a 6 on a par 3. Nice course and is in great shape. I was scared to death of the greens. Heard they were brutal. Only had 1 three putt.

Played Mirimichi Sunday. First time to play there. Shot an 81. Had a 6 on a par 3. Nice course and is in great shape. I was scared to death of the greens. Heard they were brutal. Only had 1 three putt.

I like Miri. Are the cabins or whatever open yet? Wouldn't be a bad up for 18, poker at night, 18 in the morning and back for a night away.

Played 9 with my son today. Pretty cool. Let him drive and he was happy. Also had him film my swing and I cannot freaking believe how far back my swing was. Just at parallel and I don't need to be there. Too old for that and I can't catch up anymore. Then took a short swing and didn't feel like I was passed my belt, but I was just passed perpendicular and I was stinging the ball.

Played 9 holes on this beautiful day in the Ozarks, only the 2nd time out this year so far. Shot 42 with only one double. Had plenty of chances at pars and they just slipped by. Did have one birdie.

Hit a few of the best balls I've ever hit including one where I finally made the correct contact to keep the ball from rolling and rolling on the green.

Overall, very pleased. Wish I had the money for lessons and to play more

It's under new management again. The Phillips family just took it over. The bermuda fairways are pretty good but they got a crabgrass problem. The greens were awesome. Hopefully they will put some money in the place. It could be real nice.

Not sure you get free drops for OB regardless of what's there. Lol . Not sure why people are so scared of snakes either. When people say snakes are "everywhere" I think I see them all over the place but I've never been anywhere like that.
