The Green New Deal

Remember, they're all trying to out-liberal each other currying favor for that 2020 nomination.

Not even realizing they push far more people to vote for the GOP, Independent or sit at home and not vote for anyone.

I'm glad. I can't wait for the questions to come at them in a debate that they will have no answer for.

If you accept the notion that AOC actually understands economics (many degrees are given away, so the jury is out), you’re only left one plausible way to view her.

As someone who is truly evil. Who knows the type of mass inflation and starvation this will lead to. And who accepts and embraces it because more poverty will just lead to more of a rallying cry for the type of insane policies she promotes.

And crime will sky rocket.

If the left wants clean energy the answer is to build more reactors. Not destroy our entire economy by trying to harvest the wind.
I'm not too keen on nuclear power, considering the potential for rendering vast areas of the nation uninhabitable, following some unforseen but inevitable natural disaster.

Maybe these potential problems have been solved?

The U.S. has a very good record for safe reactor operation. Partial meltdown of a unit at three mile island resulted in zero confirmed deaths and no increase in cancer rates in the surrounding area. There is still an operational reactor at the site as well.

The public is very bad at assessing risk in general. You're more likely to be struck by lightning, survive, and then die in an airplane crash than be killed by a reactor accident.

That’s happened twice in the history of nuclear power. Honestly if you look at lose of life per kw you’ll find it’s by far the safest
