thats the continuation of the thought. My refrigerator light switch stuck once and I could not figure out why my fridge was so hot. With insulation
almost melted the plastic and could have burned my house down
As you said heat has to go somewhere
Gotta remember energy is neither created or destroyed lawthats the continuation of the thought.
we worry about the gaseous emissions from cars, electricity and so forth. but there is also heat created in the process. the heat has to go somewhere and its something I would think any real equation on the subject would have to address.

If they really wanted to reduce their own personal contributions to human made climate change the true believers should take themselves out of the equation, if you catch my drift. As you mentioned earlier, that all gets multiplied by the number of people on the planet. Every person emits heat whether directly, by generating waste, by manufacturing to produce his/her needs, by power necessary for his/her gadgets, etc. Simple example using that refrigerator: the more occupants in the house the more the door is opened and the harder the refrigeration system has to work to recover from the light being on and heat exchange with the door open. The the refrigeration rejects more heat into the house ... and in the summer that means the AC has to work harder to take care of that additional heat ... which it in turn rejects to the atmosphere.
You cannot honestly address the concept of man made climate change without addressing the number of people - that's the big multiplier outside all the parentheses in the equation ... and additionally some of them inside the parentheses. And some of the multipliers (Al Gore comes to mind) are bigger multipliers than most of us. Man made climate change advocates are the most dishonest people on the face of the earth.

The other part is when energy is converted from one form to another, the losses due to inefficiency generally show up as heat.
Make no mistake about it, this is offense. This puts names attached to this teenager cherade and gets used through the campaign. Remember, all the Democrats that have announced they're running have endorsed this deal. Most people won't remember this vote or this bill, they'll just remember that Mitch is anti-green. A gamble, IMO.
That's fine and dandy, and it might have some short-term benefit to have Senate Dems vote yes, no or present on a straight house res. The downside I've already stated.Make no mistake about it, this is offense. This puts names attached to this teenager cherade and gets used through the campaign. Pointless. He'll get a bunch of people voting present, while not allowing a senate version to be drafted. Maybe this will be the new precedent, though... Just take house bills straight to the senate floor.
