Hey GM just use accent it's salt free but will do the same as adding salt. I'll be doing my first turkey this weekend for a trial run for thanksgiving. Got roped in to doing one myself

how long do let it soak ? overnight or for 24 hours ?
and I assume you add more seasoning to it before you smoke it and if so,do you take the bird out of the brine the night before and then apply more seasoning?to let it soak in ?
and how much Accent do you use ? the same as the amount of salt ?
I can use the pan out of the broaster to soak it in the fridge
