Haha I’ll take that advice. Yea I’m anxious to see what all I can make on it.#1 rule for new Traeger owners. DO NOT let wife know how easy it is to use. Otherwise you lose the whole "I've got to watch the smoker" excuse to get out of going to estate sales and other girly stuff.
Other than that, just be creative and start throwing stuff on...not just butts and ribs...mac and cheese, meat loaf, root veggies, I even threw watermelon on it one 4th of July - it wasn't great but you never know, right? How about a smoked blackberry cobbler?
