View attachment 118409 This is an old picture from earlier this summer but you can see the Jack Daniels Rub I got from the store. It is not bad at all and they have a bunch of different ones. Also cooked 4 shoulders and some bacon wrapped tenderloin for the Battle At Bristol for my family and friends and used a rub I found called Leggs BBQ Rub and it was really good.

Nice set up!
 
Grilled shrimp, sausage and chicken paella for the Ohio game. We got a W and a full belly. Now on to FL. WGWDFA!

Do you have a recipe for this? My brother-in-law is from Spain and always fixes paella when we visit. Your dish looks amazing!!!

Thanks. I've made it a few times and love it. First time using a paella pan. I've always used a cast iron skillet. Having more surface area really helped get that charred rice goodness. It takes a lot of steps to make but it's worth it.

I love Fideua! It's the same as Paella just substitutes noodles(typically angel hair) for the rice.

I just put a 6.5 lb butt in for the post game celebration.
