If Biden in fact offered a billion bribe to someone I'd sure want to know. But right now the entire basis for the claim seems to be a tweet by someone called "Zlatti71" and that's it.

Yes, Joe was finally telling the truth about a real job he has done; influence peddling. We are so used to him telling lies about jobs he has done like; being a truck driver, or being a professor. "Not a joke!" This one was actually true. He is dirty to the core like the rest of his family.

No, it won't suffice. Yes, it's been around for three years and it's been debunked for three years as well. Everybody (the US and the EU) wanted Shokin fired specifically because he wasn't investigating corruption. By Biden pressuring to have him fired, he actually made it more likely Burisma would be investigated not less likely. Talk about having your head in the sand.
