Bombshell new bank records reveal that Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina gave millions to Biden-connected shell companies after dining with Hunter and then-Vice President Joe, and was notably not on a list of sanctioned Kremlin allies after the invasion of Ukraine.
In the spring of 2014, Baturina joined Joe Biden, Hunter Biden and a handful of his business partners - including Devon Archer and Kazakh oligarchs Kenes Rakishev and Karim Massimov - for dinner at Cafe Milano in Washington, D.C.
Archer confirmed that Joe was present long enough to eat dinner with the group.
Around the time of the dinner, $3.5 million was wired from Baturina - the wife of a former Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov who had links to Vladimir Putin and the Russian Mafia.
She wired the money into Rosemont Seneca Thornton, a shell company belonging to Hunter and Archer, on February 14, 2014.
After Russia's invasion of Ukraine in February 2022, the Biden administration placed sanctions on a handful of Russian oligarchs, but Baturina was 'notably' not on the list according to the report put out Tuesday by House Oversight Committee Republicans.

New detailed bank records released by House Oversight Committee Republicans Tuesday show $20 million in payments to the Biden family and their partners from foreign actors in places like Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan during Joe's time as vice president.
The new evidence backs up Archer's bombshell testimony to the committee last week that Hunter was raking in large amounts of cash from foreign deals, and how his father Joe was present in-person during dinner meetings and sat in on at least 20 phone calls with foreign associates.
The records suggest Hunter and Archer used shell companies to 'hide' millions in payments from overseas companies and oligarchs - though none directly link payments to Joe Biden.
The bank records involving Baturina shows a transfer of $3.5 million on February 14, 2014 and a transfer of $2.7 million to Rosemont Seneca Bohai on March 11, 2014.
Then, on March 25, 2014 there were two separate transfers - one for $2.2 million and another for $200,000, to another Rosemont Seneca Bohai account.
