The more I realize how bad the Trump attorney’s are (not specific to any of these indictments but more so Jan 6th), the more I assume LG and EL were apart of his council.

How many attorneys can there really be out there who are this incompetent

Hunter Biden’s defense lawyers vowed to Put President Biden on The Stand

Hunter Biden's legal team once vowed to prosecutors that they would have President Biden take the stand to testify as a fact witness for the defense if his son faced criminal charges.

Biden's then-attorney Chris Clark made the claim in a letter to prosecutors in October 2022, shortly after news leaked that the Justice Department had enough evidence against the first son to move forward with an indictment.

Clark warned that if the DOJ did bring charges relating to Hunter's alleged purchase of a firearm while addicted to cocaine, the president would take the stand.

"President Biden now unquestionably would be a fact witness for the defense in any criminal trial," Clark wrote in a 32-page letter obtained by Politico.

So is this a motivating factor for why they gave Hunter the sweetheart plea deal? His attorney threatened to put Joe Biden on the stand.

Then he issued a warning: If the Justice Department charged the president’s son, his lawyers would put the president on the witness stand.

@BowlBrother85 - I want to engage in a conversation with you since i know how passionate you are about the dangers of foreign influence in our government.

We know Joe Biden’s story of his involvement with his son’s sketchy business entanglements with the likes of China, Russia, and Ukraine. He can now be placed on the phone with them and in person with many of them. Clearly he has not been forthright about his involvement.

Let’s assume for now this email pseudonym is not legit. If we later find out that Joe Biden has indeed been communicating with the family’s business partners using an email account under a different name, can i get a commitment for you to start the impeachment thread? You are by far the best choice to do this. Please consider and let me know.

FBI and IRS officials Subpoenaed to Testify on Political Interference in Hunter Biden Tax Crimes Investigation: Republicans ramp up probe after accusing Biden DOJ of 'stonewalling'

FBI and IRS agents are being compelled to testify before Congress as Republicans work to expose political interference in the Hunter Biden criminal tax probe.

GOP chairmen Jim Jordan and Jason Smith say four agents have knowledge of an October 7, 2022 meeting where David Weiss - the top prosecutor in the Hunter case - allegedly said 'he is not the deciding person on whether charges are filed.'

IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley made the bombshell claim, saying he raised concerns during that meeting and then two weeks later was shut out entirely from working on the case in an act of retribution.

Shapley claimed that during the October 2022 meeting, Weiss said he had been blocked by Biden appointees in Washington, D.C., and California from bringing charges against Hunter.

But in a July letter, Weiss insisted he had 'never been denied the authority to bring charges in any jurisdiction.'

True but I just thought it was well known hunter would go with Joe on several visits to China, Ukraine, etc. Maybe it was rumored but just now confirmed?
